You may have to right click on the AdskLicensing-installer.exe and go to Properties. Download the latest release and install it on your computer. Search the internet for Autodesk Licensing Service Updates and find the most updated release.The uninstall will take place in the background and all files necessary files will be removed Right mouse button on uninstall.exe and select "Run as administrator".
